Overview
This guide provides an overview of the CareCarHQ Care Partner Portal layout and explains where to access key features such as your dashboard, profile, vehicles, and tasks.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Log In to CareCarHQ

Go to hq.carecar.co.
-
Enter your login credentials.
-
Click Log In to access your account.
2. Locate the Navigation Menu
-
After logging in, the left-hand side of the screen displays the main navigation menu.

This menu includes all key sections you’ll use to manage your account.
Explore The Manage Section
- From the navigation menu on the left-hand side, click on Manage
- You will see 2 profiles with your name. The first profile will give you the option to log out. Click on the second profile to expand the menu.
1. Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first page you'll see under the Manage section

From the Dashboard in the Manage Section, shortcuts are available for you to:
- Review and execute your contracts
- Complete your provider profile and upload documents
- Add vehicles
2. Contracts
-
Click on Contracts in the navigation bar menu
-
In this section, you can review and agree to the Terms Of Use
- In this section, you can review and agree to the Service Provider Addendum
3. Provider Profile
- Click on Provider Profile in the navigation bar menu

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update to update your profile information.

In your Provider Profile, you can enter/edit/upload your:
- Name
- Chosen Name
- Date of Birth
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Home Address
- Drivers License
- Drivers License State
- Drivers License Number
- Drivers License Expiration
- After entering/updating your information, click Save Profile
4. Rates

Click on Rates
-
In the drop-down menu, select the state in which you operate or want to view rates
- Rates will be listed for the selected state and by level of service.
5. Vehicles

Click on Vehicles in the navigation bar menu

This is where you can add a new vehicle to your profile or update/edit an existing vehicle
6. Tasks

Click on Tasks in the navigation bar menu

This is where you can view tasks (rides) that you have already claimed.
7. Available Tasks
-
Click on Available Tasks in the navigation bar menu

This is where you can view unclaimed tasks (rides) that are available for you to claim.

Explore The Drive Section
- From the navigation menu on the left-hand side, click on Drive
- You will see 2 profiles with your name. The first profile will give you the option to log out. Click on the second profile to expand the menu.

From the Dashboard in the Drive Section, you are able to:
- Set your preferred time blocks for working (you can also choose to skip this step)
- Locate your Provider ID number in the CareCar HQ system
2. Driver Profile
- The Driver Profile contains the same information as the driver profile in the manage section.
- If you want to edit/update any of the information in your profile, this needs to be done under the driver profile in the manage section.
3. My Tasks
- The My Tasks section is where you will work from when completing tasks (rides).
- It shows you the tasks you have already claimed as well as tasks available for you to claim.
