Overview
This guide explains how to accept your CareCar HQ invitation and log in for the first time. Completing these steps is required to access the CareCar CarePartner Portal and begin managing your account.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Locate Your CareCar HQ Invitation Email

Open your email inbox and search for an invitation from CareCar HQ.

The subject line will be "You've been invited to CareCar!"
- If you don't see the invitation, check your spam or junk folder.
2. Accept the Invitation

Open the invitation email.

Click the View Invitation button in the body of the email.

This will redirect you to the CareCar HQ setup page.
Note: Invitations expire after 7 days. If your invitation has expired, please contact CareCar Network Support.
3. Set Up Your Log In Details
- Enter your First and Last name in the Name field.

In the Password field, you will be prompted to create a password.

Enter your desired password that satisfies all system requirements.
- Input your phone number in the phone number field (optional).

Click Accept.
Tip: Use a strong, unique password for security.
4. Navigate to the CareCar HQ Log In Page

After accepting the invitation, you'll be directed to the accepted invitation page.

Click the Log in to CareCar HQ button.
- You'll be directed to the CareCar HQ log in page.
- Select the Log In button.
5. Log In to CareCar Hq
- Enter your credentials in the fields under Sign In Using Existing Account
- Enter the email address to which the CareCar HQ invitation was sent. You will not be able to log in if you use another email address.

Enter your newly created password.

Click Sign In.
Access Your Dashboard

Once logged in, you’ll be taken to your CareCar HQ dashboard.

From here, you can begin managing your profile, vehicles, tasks, and more.
