This guide walks you through setting up your provider account, reviewing contracts, adding team members, and navigating key features in CareCar HQ.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Log In to CareCar HQ
- Login to hq.carecar.co
- Enter your email and password.
- Click Log In.
2. Navigating the Dashboard
- After logging in, you will see your Dashboard, which provides an overview of your account and tasks.
3. Reviewing & Accepting Contracts
- From your dashboard, select Contracts in the navigation menu.
- Review any available contracts that require your acceptance.
- Click Accept to agree to the contract terms.
- Ensure all necessary documents are uploaded if required.
4. Reviewing & Updating Your Company Information
- From your dashboard, select Provider Profile in the navigation menu.
- Review and update your company information, including business details and contact information, as needed.
5. Reviewing Rates
- Click on the Rates tab in the navigation menu.
- View the breakdown of your service rates, including base fares, mileage rates, and any additional fees.
- Ensure you understand the pricing structure for different trip types.
6. Adding a Vehicle
- Click on the Vehicles tab in the navigation menu.
- Select Add Vehicle.
- Enter the required vehicle details:
- Make and Model
- Year
- License Plate Number
- License Plate State
- Vehicle Color
- Vehicle Type (e.g., Sedan, Van, SUV, etc.)
- Other vehicle specifications and features as required
- Click Save to add the vehicle to your fleet.

7. Adding a Driver
- Click on the Drivers tab in the navigation menu.
- Select Add Driver.
- Enter the required details:
- First and Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Driver's License
- Background Check Verification
- The new driver will receive an email invitation to set up their account.

8. Adding a Manager
- Click on the Managers tab in the navigation menu.
- Select Manager Invitations.
- Enter the manager's email address
- The new manager will receive an email invitation to set up their account.

9. Viewing Available Tasks
- Select Available Tasks to see available tasks in the marketplace
