Overview
This guide walks you through the steps to claim tasks in the CareCar system, including bulk claiming tasks from the CareCar provider portal.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Log In to CareCar Provider Portal
- Login to hq.carecar.co
- Enter your email and password.
- Click Log In.
2. Navigate to the Available Tasks Section
- From the CareCar dashboard, click the Available Tasks tab in the navigation menu.
3. Apply Filters
To narrow down the available tasks, use the filter options:
- Date Range: Select tasks for a specific day or timeframe.
- State: Filter by the location of available tasks.
- Radius Search: Find tasks near a specific address.
Applying filters can help you quickly locate tasks that match your preferred criteria.
4. Claim a Single Task
- In the Available Tasks section, review the task details.
- Click Claim Task next to the task you would like to claim.
- You’ll be prompted to assign a Driver and Vehicle.
- After assigning, click Claim Task (task #)
4. Claim a Related Task (Round Trip)
- If a related task is available (round trip), an option will become available for you to claim the related available tasks after completing step #3 above
- Click Claim under Related Available Tasks
- You'll be prompted to assign a Driver and Vehicle.
- After assigning, click Claim Task (task #)
- After claiming all available related tasks, click Close
5. View Claimed Tasks
- Claimed tasks will appear in the Tasks tab in the navigation menu.
