Payment and Compensation
At CareCar, we value our providers and ensure a transparent and reliable payment process. As a CareCar network provider, payments are processed through Tipalti, our trusted payment processing partner. Below is an overview of how our payment structure works:
Payment Processing
- Payments are processed within 30 days of the task completion timestamp recorded in the HQ portal.
- Payments are issued directly through Tipalti, ensuring timely and secure disbursement.
- Vendors must maintain an up-to-date Tipalti account to avoid any payment delays.
Rate Structure
CareCar’s compensation model is designed to be competitive and fair, with payments structured as follows:
- Per Trip Rates
- Per Mileage Rate
- Cancellation Fees: If a trip is canceled within 24 hours by the company or the member, the provider will receive the base pick-up fee. However, if the provider cancels the trip under 24 hours a credit will be issued to the company equal to the base rate pick-up fee.

How to Track Payments
- Vendors can track all completed trips and payment statuses in the HQ portal.
- Detailed payment reports, including per-trip breakdowns, are available for review through Tipalti.
- Any payment discrepancies should be reported within 5 business days of receiving a payout.
