As soon as you know you have an appointment and need a ride, call, text, or go online to schedule. The more notice the better. In general we recommend at least 2 business days in advance, especially if you require assistance with mobility, equipment (wheelchairs, etc), or live in more rural areas.
That said, we realize some appointments are urgent and unplanned, and we at CareCar strive to ensure you always have access to care!
